Solution
1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003. Click "Tools" and select "E-mail Accounts..."
2. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next".
3. Choose "POP3" and click "Next".
4. Enter Your Name (as you wish it to be displayed on your outgoing email)
5. Enter your E-Mail Address
6. Enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers (mail.yourdomain.com)
7. Enter your username and password (username is normally your full email address)
8. Tick the box "Remeber password"
9 Click on "More Settings"
10. Select "Outgoing Server" tab then check "My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentication." and choose "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".

Click "OK" then "Next" and finally "Finish".
